The following Terms & Conditions are intended to benefit our members and TatooloIndia.com. At its sole discretion, TatooloIndia.com reserves the right to terminate any member’s account without notice for the violation of the following Terms & Conditions. Registration fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Your Ad Posting Account might be terminated in the following conditions –
If you are pasting or altering the ad content without our permission or without informing us.
If you are posting ads on auto surf, auto traffic, and auto click generating sites
If you violate any of the rules and regulations of the country.

For double posting, Rs. 500/- will be charged as penalty and if it repeats again, your account will be terminated. Don’t post ad content in forum classifieds. If you post it in these sites, your account will lead to termination.

We request you to post the ad content only in National/International Classified site to avoid spam. We allow posting ads only on classified sites, not in Forum site, Blog Site, Entertainment Site, Adult Site, Cgi-bin site, Spam Site, sub-domain site, or zero traffic sites. Also avoid posting on banned sites.

• If we found that you are manipulating details, using software, doing any illegal/harmful activities which can generate more amount, or altering Ad content, your membership ID shall be terminated quickly without notice.
• Membership ID is non-transferable.
• Monthly report cannot be carried forward for another month.
• For ad-posting work, email ID and password will be provided by us and you have to use the same.
Members are not requested to change email ID or password during the period of membership and they also cannot share password with anyone else. Any violation may lead to quick termination of your membership ID.

At TatooloIndia, members can avail a wide collection of online resources, such as responses, classified ads, updates and reminders (termed as services), that are subject to these terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Along with it, when using our services, you abide by any guidelines posted for all the services which are subject to change from time to time.

TatooloIndia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change or alter these terms at any time. These modifications become effective just on posting. You should check this agreement regularly to stay up-to-date with any changes.

More importantly, you are completely liable for all the contents you post, SMS, email, or make available through the service. In addition, content available through TatooloIndia may have links to third-party sites that are totally independent.
TatooloIndia is holds no warranty or responsibility to the completeness, accuracy, or authenticity of the information in such sites. You link to other website at your personal risk.
